Rather, he created an easy educational method, as he mentioned in his book what concerns the Muslim in his ordinary daily life only, such as purification and worship, prayer, fasting, and zakat. between him and his enemies in religion and sect, so he mentioned the provisions of that under the chapter of jihad.

And so it was with regard to inheritance, and the provisions related to death, and the transfer of the estate under the section of statutes. The author ended his book with a chapter that the authors did not precede in their well-known jurisprudence texts in the Hanafi school, and this chapter is (the chapter on literature). For these and other reasons, the scholars paid attention to this jurisprudential body in explanation and teaching.

The Hanafi jurists combined this text with books approved in the doctrine, as “Tashkabrizadeh” mentioned about the knowledge of fatwas and about the book Tuhfat al-Muluk, which stated: “It is a science in which the rulings issued by the jurists in partial facts are narrated in order to make the matter easier for minors after them, and the books authored in This science is more than being enumerated... But we mention from them, in summary, some of the considered books that fall on our school of thought (Hanafiyyah).
