In the Qur'an, sometimes wealth and family become world jewelry, as in Surat al-Kahf: 46.

The wealth and the children are the jewels of the world. (Q.S: al-Kahf: 46).

Truly your wealth and your children are a test. And Allah SWT has a great reward. (Q.S. at-Taghabun: 15).

So, having wealth and children is not always a decoration, but there is a potential for testing as well. Especially if the wealth is abundant, but their children are not taught the proper way according to religious guidance in distributing it later.

Some people avoid inheriting when they die, for various reasons. Sometimes I worry that their children will fight, worry that it's not fair because the boy gets 2 of the women's shares.

So, some of the parents had donated part or all of their wealth to their heirs. It's just that sometimes these grants are wrong.
