Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al-Rajhi, was born in the city of Bukayriyah located in the Qassim region. He was born around the year 1360 AH. The Sheikh grew up in the city of Bukayriyah, studied with its scholars, memorized the Qur’an and studied its initial stages there.

The Sheikh grew up in a righteous family, then he moved to the city of Riyadh and joined the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in the Faculty of Sharia, from which he graduated and then joined the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Faith and Contemporary Doctrines, where he taught and is still an associate professor in the department.

The Sheikh - may God preserve him - was a student of a number of the sheikhs of Bukayriyah, and a number of prominent scholars in the city of Riyadh, including:
1- His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz, he followed him from the time he came to Riyadh from the Prophet's city until his death - may God have mercy on him - and he was greatly influenced by him in his character and method with texts, and his explanation of the books of scholars.
2- His Eminence Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid, President of the Supreme Judicial Council - may God have mercy on him -.
