Nursing care helper recruitment is a problem for businesses because the advertisement fee is high and the response is poor even though it takes time to post advertisements. "3900 helper" is a performance-based reward system in which a fee is charged only when a business office refers to the profile of a helper who has applied and requests an "interview".
Currently, it is operated mainly in the Kanto region, and the average age of helpers registered in the system is low, and many of them are men. Registration of home care helpers is also active, and currently (February 2023) nearly 100 people are newly registered every month.

Usage
STEP 1 Install the app and create office information
Please register the mobile phone number of the person in charge. Application information will be sent via SMS.
Even if multiple persons in charge are located in the same office, please register your mobile phone number in the same way.

STEP 2・Add job information
Title: Fill in requests from users such as changing diapers and cleaning rooms
Age: User's age
Gender: User's gender
Height: User's height (approximate is fine)
Weight: User's weight (approximate is fine)
Work content: You can choose physical care / life support or both body / life.
About care recipients: Helpers who see the job offer can apply with confidence if there is a user's personality and family relationship.
Work location: Enter the zip code of the user's home. Please tell the helper the full address after hiring.　
Salary: This is the reward for the helper. Although it is displayed as an hourly wage, please fill in the helper fee for one visit.
Other conditions: Please fill in transportation expenses for the visit, treatment improvement addition, commuting method, male preference, female preference, etc.

STEP 3. Disclose job information
After entering the job information, it will be published.
Job information will be sent only to helpers who can match you with your desired work location and available time, so the application process is smooth.

STEP 4. You will receive an application notification
You will receive an application notification from the helper who is satisfied with the job information.
Helper's personal information is hidden, but qualifications and appeal points can be viewed as criteria for hiring.

STEP 5 ・Completion of matching
The decision to accept or reject an application.
If you are hired, matching is complete, and you can view the helper's resume including contact information, so please let us know the interview date.
If you are not hired, please include the reason.
Once the matching is established, the job information will change from active to inactive, but if you need to re-publish the job, you can immediately republish the information as it is.

STEP 6・Request for matching fee
You can check the billing amount for the current month on the billing screen.
We will issue an invoice in the middle of the following month, so please make payment by bank transfer by the end of the following month.
