NumeriBureau for PC

NumeriBureau is an application connected to your Chartered Accountant in real time, making it easier to send your documents to your chartered accountant.

More practical than the traditional scanner, with NumeriBureau you can easily and quickly scan your documents.
Scan your documents in the relevant folder, and send them directly to your accountant, you no longer have to travel.

NumeriBureau also allows consultation of all your bank accounts, as well as access to documents produced by the accounting firm.


In this application you will find the following modules:


- Scan module:

Send your invoices and documents to your accountant by scanning or importing them directly from your gallery for images or from a directory for PDF files.


- Bank module:

See your bank account balances (business and personal) at a glance. You can also view the latest transactions for each account. The number of accounts is unlimited.


- Expert module:

You can consult all your documents exchanged with your firm, purchase and sale invoices, bank statements as well as all the documents produced by your firm (dashboards, income statements, pay slips, etc.).
The documents are classified and sorted automatically by year and by category. The firm's output can be found in 5 major files:

Management Control,
Accounting,
Tax,
Social,
Legal.
