PE Accounting for PC

Right now the app contains the following features:

SALARY
- Possibility to preview your next salary already from the 1st each month
- Most users can also approve their salary report in the app. (Does not apply to e.g. some users with specific car-related benefits.)
- See information about your salary payments in a mobile-friendly version or as a full payslip PDF
- See remaining vacation days directly in the home screen
- Managers can approve employees’ salary reports

EXPENSES
- Snap new receipt photos or upload photos from the camera roll (PDF files can be sent through e-mail)
- Automatic AI interpretation of amount, VAT and currency
- Process receipts and add expense type, purpose etc. and submit them for approval
- If your company has the Eurocard or Mynt integration activated, you can also see your unprocessed card transactions, add data and submit them for approval. Card transactions and receipts are automatically matched if the AI finds identical amounts and dates
- Register mileage, with an option to copy a previous trip with a single tap
- Register domestic allowance
- Approve, authorise or reject submitted expense journals

TIME REPORTING
- Possibility to report time and absence and see the comp time
- Copy the previous day or week with one tap as long as the current day/week has no reported time
- Summary of reported hours per week/month with option to approve the time per week
- Possibility to unlock an approved week if you need to change anything

SUPPLIER INVOICES
- See unauthorised supplier invoices on the app homescreen, with an option to authorize, approve, comment or reject them
- Possibility to edit categories, incl. changing the distribution between different entries
- Push notifications about new supplier invoices that have been sent to you for approval

NOTE: To be able to use this app, you have to have a PE Accounting user account already.
