RIGHTS AND STS IN ELECTRONIC FORM
Present your driving license and STS in the form of a QR code at the request of a traffic police officer. Data about the driver and the car are loaded from the traffic police database and are always up to date.
Presentation is available both online and offline

In 2022, the presentation of the electronic STS is in trial operation. The inspector has the right to ask for a paper version of the document

RTA ON EUROPEAN PROTOCOL ONLINE
A notice of an accident can be sent to the insurance company electronically - there is no need to fill out paper forms. The procedure will take no more than 30 minutes.
If you used a paper form, take a photo of the accident scene and send it to the insurance company through Gosuslugi Avto. If the participants in the incident have no disagreements, photo fixation can increase the amount of compensation up to 400,000 ₽

Receive notifications of traffic fines and pay them online with a bank card

APPEALING FINES
If you do not agree with the traffic police fine for a violation recorded by automatic cameras, appeal it. The fine can be appealed within 10 days from the date of receipt.
