How does the luck draw smart contract work?
1. User has to send 5 XAH to the smart contract account. One user is allowed to have 2 entries per round.
2. Smart contract allows 10 entries per round.
3. Once the 10th entry is in, the smart contract automatically selects a lucky winner and sends him/her 48 XAH. There is a 2 XAH fee taken by the smart contract, which will be used to onboard more users to Xahau network.
4. Once the winner is selected, the next round begins.
