Mersal VIP app serves as an administrative communication system, enabling organizations to streamline internal communication among affiliated departments and employees by organizing correspondence within the mailboxes of each entity. Users require a predefined username and password to access the app's features.


Various actions can be performed within the mailbox, including creating new correspondence, uploading attachments, signing, archiving, replying, forwarding, fast reply, and marking as favorites. Users can also view mailbox correspondence through specific filters, search for specific items, and utilize sub-boxes like sent, favorites, archives, deleted, drafts, and customizable folders.


User permissions, assigned by the system administrator through the web interface, determine the actions and destinations available to each user, ensuring compliance.


The app includes a user settings page, allowing individuals to view basic information and adjust general settings such as application display mode, language, screen lock, alerts, and log out.
