With Nadeem, your security and privacy are our utmost priority. Our unique chat application guarantees that no critical user information, such as passwords, emails, or usernames, is stored in our system. We collect only necessary information to facilitate seamless communication and maintain the functionality of the app.

Nadeem offers two convenient ways to log in: you can use our third-party Virtual User system or log in directly with your mobile device via OTP. For the Virtual User system, we only verify if the username is registered with our app without storing the username.

As part of our commitment to your security, all chats on the Nadeem app are encrypted, ensuring the privacy of your conversations. Even stored chats are encrypted to provide a safe data restoration feature. All attached files sent through the chat are encrypted for additional security.

However, the exception is the chat with "Nadeem", our friendly chatbot. These conversations are not encrypted to optimize your interaction experience and to ensure you receive immediate and precise responses.
