T.E.A. was born from the experience of Mr. Luca Civolani who, after years spent interfacing with local authorities for the resolution of problems related to exceptional transport, decided to found T.E.A. as a national trade association with the specific goal of creating a national and European reality recognized and certified for the protection of all the related industries in the world of exceptional transport.

Today T.E.A. counts a high number of associates who trusting the President Luca Civolani and his team, day after day, I obtain important results that allow their activities to be carried out safely.
