Tethered GPS for PC

Tethered GPS is a GPS security monitoring application and service for smartphones utilizing an Android operating system. It is specifically designed to offer users improved personal protection from kidnapping-for-ransom and other emergencies, by helping the authorities, organizations and families to quickly locate the geo-coordinates of a person's smartphone in an emergency.

Tethered GPS uses GPS technology to monitor the location of your Android device by trained Security Monitors. Tethered GPS is designed to operate in stealth. It is NOT designed to provide you with a visual of your current location on a map. That feature would likely compromise your safety, if your phone is ever used by a person with criminal intent. Operating in stealth is intended to prevent others from knowing that your smartphone has GPS security technology enabled.

Security Monitors are on duty 24/7, to provide you with immediate help when needed. Your assigned Security Monitor is your point of contact during an emergency. S/he will contact the authorities and your emergency contacts on your behalf, whenever an alert response is required.

When using Tethered GPS, you are always in control. You set your safety zones, decide who and when they should be contacted in an emergency, instantly send a duress alert whenever you feel your personal safety is in jeopardy, turn security monitoring on or off at anytime and carry additional security with you wherever you go.

We value your privacy, as much as we value your personal safety. Your location data is stored securely on remote servers controlled by the company. The only time we will access your location data is when a security alert has been generated by you or your smartphone. Your data will never be sold, transferred, or accessed by any third party without your prior consent, and you may at any time delete your entire location data history.
