WalkiViki-p for PC

A general purpose tool for communication among people in a localized area(covered by a WIFI). An ad hoc communication can be established quickly using this app, without creating any account, centralized server, or social media network, etc. No data of any kind is tracked, or recorded; no cell phone, call record, social account id, or email. Nothing!.
To make use of the app, at least two phones are required.
The app user can choose either to host a service, or to call a service, but not both.
The app is designed specially to be used in an environment like a big box store, where customers needing help at a location far away from the help desk and without any available store associate close by, can reach out to the store service people with video chat, rather than walking to the help desk, to find an empty desk with frustration. The app can also be used in an environment where a queue of customers exists. Using this app, possibly no one needs to stand in line; the queue can be established on the phone and everyone can sit down and relax, waiting for his for her turn.
This app has 3 versions, WalkiViki Basic, WalkiViki Call, and WalkiViki Service.
The WalkiViki Basic allows one service accepted to be shown to the caller, and one caller accepted to the service host. The Call version allows more than one services shown to the caller, and the Service version allows multiple callers shown to the service host.
The Basic is free, can be used for personal communication, in an isolated area like in a home.
The Call version is for using in area where more services can be offered on the same WIFI.
The Service version is for hosting a service, and let other app users to call the service.
