This book explains how you can get rich by working smarter, not harder. The book explains that there are four different types of people:

employee (E)
self-employed (C)
business owner (B)
investor(s)
The E quadrant represents employees who work for others and provide labor in exchange for wages. The S quadrant represents self-employed people who sell their services to others and make a profit.

The B quadrant represents business owners who own assets or businesses that generate income for them. Finally, the I quadrant depicts investors who invest for profit on a regular basis without much effort on their part.
