Operating multiple campuses in Karachi, HHS School System caters to children from Pre-School to O Level or Matriculation. In Secondary School, pupils are offered the CAIE O Level Syllabus and the Matriculation Examination, offered either by the Sindh Board or the Aga Khan University Examination Board.

Keeping in mind the HHS motto- ‘Knowledge is Power’, the HHS Direct mobile application aims to provide parents with up-to-date information about school and their enrolled children. Through the Direct portal, parents can conveniently view important news, student attendance, homework, grades, and fee information among various other features.
