To access the School Portal mobile application, you must have an account on the School Portal of the Moscow Region. You can register an account through the Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Moscow Region (https://uslugi.mosreg.ru/) or by contacting the administrator of the School Portal of the Moscow Region at your school
