5. Within Configure Screen, Select Photo, Name and Number you want.
6. Set whether to Ring, Vibrate.
7. Tap 'Call Now' or 'Schedule' button.

Permission:
1. App will need Read/Write storage permission to let you select photo for display from Device.
2. Vibrate permission to vibrate the phone during Call.
