- If you use automatic login, you can easily use SOL Alert without a separate login procedure.

- It is convenient to share transaction items via KakaoTalk or text messages, or to manage entry and exit details through the household account book transmission function.

[Notes on use]
- Due to the nature of push messages, reception failures may occur due to problems with the reception location, carrier, and server.
- Installable OS version: Smartphone with Android 4.0 or higher (limited use of Wifi-only devices and tablets)
- Service Eligibility: Customers with a Shinhan Bank account in their name, customers with one or more Shinhan cards in their name, customers with Shinhan Investment accounts in their name, and customers with one or more Shinhan Life insurance products
- Usage fee: Free
- When signing up for the service
Shinhan Bank customers: After mobile phone authentication, it can be used on one smartphone with the same mobile phone number registered with Shinhan Bank.
Shinhan Card, Shinhan Investment & Securities, Shinhan Life customers: Can be used on one smartphone after mobile phone authentication

- If your mobile phone number is registered differently or unregistered with Shinhan Bank, the service will be limited. Please visit the nearest branch or change your contact information in Internet Banking > Customer Information Change menu.

The following access rights are required to use SOL Alert version 3.0.7 or later.

* The above items are required for the SOL Alert service, and may not operate normally if permission is denied.

Access is required to copy the QR certificate (simple).

* For the above items, you can use the SOL Alert service even if you do not agree to the access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.

* You can also set it in the Settings> Application Manager> SOL Alert> Permissions menu.

* In the case of Android 6.0 or lower, there is no mandatory / optional distinction, so you must agree to all permissions during installation to use it normally.
