Through the Functional Training principle, combined with HIT (High Intensity Training) you will build up muscles, feel fit and the six pack also will come within reach 😎. In doing so, you can train in the gym, perform your workout as a home workout or pull through your workout in the park...

✅ WORKOUT PLAN IN THE GYM OR AT HOME! Train with or without equipment! You can decide anew before each workout whether you want to use kettlebell, barbell or pull-up bar - or prefer to train bodyweight only.

✅ VIDEOS FOR A CORRECT EXERCISE: You've never done Marc Lauren, Freeletics, CrossFit or other Functional Training? HIT or circuit training of different muscle groups is hard for you? Kernwerk® offers you one of the largest, german-speaking video databases available: You'll get tutorials from a fitness coach on important basic exercises, strength training and muscle building, as well as tips on mobilizing your body.

✅ DYNAMIC TRAINING PLAN: We don't work with a classic fitness training plan! Training in the gym? Or rather workouts at home with bodyweight? Our Fitness Coach will give you a daily recommendation, but you decide what suits you today.
