Particular attention is paid to the pelvic floor and the abdominal strap in each of the training sessions as well as to the specificities of pregnant women or young mothers (diastasis of the rectus abdominis, pain in the pubic symphysis, back pain, etc.)


Everything is designed for smooth use. Follow the training sessions in real time with your coach. She gives you the essential advice for a good positioning, the mistakes to avoid, the Pre & Postnatal modifications. A timer is also integrated into most videos.


Each training lasts between 5 min and 30 min in order to fit perfectly into the busy schedules of active Moms & Women.
