Trident Defensive Training for PC

Trident Defensive Training is a gamified self-defense app featuring a tried-and-true curriculum taught by a US Navy SEAL.

The app features instructional video tailored to your available equipment, with or without a partner. The techniques include strikes, defensive techniques, counters, ground recovery as well as blade training and edged-weapon defense.

The three hundred (300) class curriculum is designed to progress the user with regard to footwork, speed, timing, endurance, stamina and power. Instruction emphasizes muscle memory to ensure the techniques are repeatable and done correctly, with an emphasis on safety as well. The curriculum is separated into three (3) phases beginning with the basics like jab and cross up to techniques from inside the clinch like strikes with knees and elbows as well as escapes such as Side Body Escape.

The curriculum consists of over ninety (90+) distinct techniques each explained in detail by a US Navy SEAL on correct form and footwork with explanation on why certain movements are done and not just how to do the technique.

The gamified characteristics include celebration, awards and badges for completion of classes, learning techniques, reading articles and completing class drills for shadow boxing, heavy bag, focus mitt and Thai pad training.
