URAWARRIOR is the premier safe and inclusive mental wellness community, where you are not alone. Our mission is to remove the stigma around mental wellness and create an inclusive space to support, uplift, and empower people from all walks of life by promoting better habits, positive mindsets, motivation, and accountability. With URAWARRIOR you don't have to suffer in silence.
Our evidenced-based tools help users transform through the Warrior Challenges based on the four pillars of the Warrior Method: personal development, self-improvement, motivation, and support. The Warrior Method is based on scientific research which shows when the neurochemicals (hormones) in our body are reactivated we can decrease symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety, anger, mistrust helplessness, and loneliness. The challenges, affirmations, meditations, exercises, and sense of community are all proven to promote mental and emotional healing by boosting the four happiness hormones: Endorphins, Dopamine, Oxytocin, and Serotonin.

Interact with other users on the WARRIOR WALL
- A safe community of like-minded people where you can share your warrior story, chime in, or just listen, read and learn as you heal. Get daily motivational challenges, quizzes, and member-to-member chats. You never know how your story can impact and help others, whether big or small. Support whenever you need it.
- We have a strict no-bullying, no trolling, no judgment, and no negativity policy.
Join a WARRIOR GROUP
- There are several warrior groups to help you heal and build your confidence, and happiness and provide support. Choose from the Affirmation group, Black Men's Group, Starting Over Group, Improvement Your Happiness Group, Love Yourself, Anger Management, Frontline Workers, Depression, Pandemic, and more. Talk with other members of the warrior community. Build your tribe of warrior friends for friendship, accountability, and growth. When you need help your warrior tribe is there for you.

- Our daily Warrior Challenges will take you through the URAWARRIOR Methodology which includes our four pillars, self-improvement, personal development, motivation, and support. It takes 21 days to make a habit, and 90-days to make a habit a lifestyle.

- When you choose to take the Warrior Challenge, our avatar coaches are there to help you on your journey. You choose the coach that fits your inner warrior!
