If your account number begins with an ‘A’ or 'BGX' then good news, you can log in and use this ‘British Gas Energy’ app straight away. 

If your account number begins with ‘85’ this means you’re still on our old ‘British Gas’ app. We’ll let you know once you’ve moved over, so you can start using the new app.

• Enhanced accessibility. We’re continuing to make the app more accessible for everyone. We’re focusing on screen readers to make sure the app is easy to navigate and readability is better on the home screen.
