Gazelle Connect: a Gazelle e-bike with GPS protection and an app. This let’s you always know where your bicycle is and gives you insight into your cycling data. Have you taken out the special Connect bicycle insurance? Then use the app to quickly call in roadside assistance or the insurer's recovery team.

Does the app work with your bicycle?

This app only works with Gazelle e-bikes that have a Connect module. You will recognize them by the yellow "GPS Protected" sticker on the frame. The Gazelle N°1 has no sticker but is also compatible.

All bicycle data at a glance

View the charge of your battery and how far you can still cycle– for each assistance level. Additionally, it shows you how long it will take to fully charge your battery and the total distance you have cycled.

Smart protection for your bicycle

Protect your bicycle against theft with the app. If a thief does manage to get away with your bicycle, you will receive a notification.

Find your bicycle easily

Do you just want to see where your bicycle is? Its location will be shown on a map, making it easy to find your bicycle.

Report theft easily

Has your bicycle been stolen? You can report the theft easily using the app. The recovery team will then start a search for your bicycle. The insurer will then keep you updated.

Are you experiencing a problem on the road? Contact the roadside assistance team with the press of a button. They will come out to you at once.
