Manage your account:
• Link your children to your account and easily switch between them
• Manage multiple children from one account – even if they attend different schools
• Children can be linked to multiple parent or guardian accounts
• Set alerts for new trips or items and balance reminders

Manage payments:
• Pay for school meals, wraparound care, clubs, trips, events, stationery and uniform
• Use a variety of payment methods, including credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPoint
• View balances and payment history, including payments made in school
• Use Quick Top Up to add credit for meals or wraparound care

Manage bookings:
• Order meals from an online menu and pre-pay
• Book sessions at breakfast or after-school clubs
• Sign up for optional trips and events
• Use easy online forms to give consent and other information
• Book and amend parents’ evening appointments (primary school only)

Some app functions are dependent on the choices of individual schools. Not all schools will use all of the facilities described above.
