The AURANET cost control quantifies in value and quantity the consumption of resources for each item of the budget, that is, those that are going to be purchased during the development of the work, project or business center. The process begins with the preparation of a budget, called the Original Budget, through which the Work Budget is generated. Then, the type of project is created with all the data and the budgets for its development are assigned.
