From ReportOne, you activate the Customer/Administrator/Condominium to use the service and he, autonomously, directly from his Smartphone and Tablet, sends you the Requests for Technical intervention.

Automatically, in the Ticket section of the full ReportOne version, you will find all the requests, complete with Photographs and Attached Files.

The entire management of Assistance Tickets is managed from the opening of the Ticket until the resolution of the Assistance at the Customer's site, with the Customer's Signature on the Intervention Report.
