The Gree application will remember all your installations: you will save here customer data, types of devices installed, and dates of their installation. You will be able to select devices from a ready-made list or scan their barcode. The application will also help you meet the GDPR information obligation towards your client.

The Gree application will display a list of scheduled warranty inspections for the installed devices: you will get a convenient planner, easily arrange each inspection and add its date to the calendar. You will be able to view a list of reviews by filtering them by customer name or place of implementation.

The application includes full Gree technical documentation: you will always have all important information at hand, and if you are a Gree Authorized Installer you will have access to the DTR of devices, drivers and accessories.

The application gives the possibility to extend the validity of the Gree Authorization Certificate by 12 months with one click, conveniently and quickly!

The application allows you to send applications for participation in Gree technical training conducted in two areas: RAC and GMV.

The Gree application gives you the opportunity to file a complaint in an easy and instant way: the functionality is available only to Gree Authorized Installers who fill in the complaint form from the application level, apply for new service parts by selecting them from the list of parts assigned to a specific Gree model, observe the information flow and get notifications of progress and shipment of new parts. The complaint process in the Gree application is short, intuitive and effective.

The application will show you the most important Gree news for installers: the latest promotions, price lists, technical news, etc.
