With IMA Smart Service Suite you can access all the tools and information useful for the management of systems and lines, everywhere and at any time.
IMA Smart Service Suite is designed to best support you in managing the installed machine base through the following fields of use:
• Operative Guides
Access the guides to carry out all the operating activities of the system, from installation to ordinary maintenance.
• Documentation, validation and projects
Access all the documentation, from the manuals to the technical specifications,
from drawings to the designs of each machine.
• Troubleshooting
Use the facilitated paths through search queries (IMA Wizard) to solve problems or malfunctions;
• Creation of spare parts lists and export
Create your spare parts list to order and export via email for later use.
Summary of main functions:
• Navigate the systems in 3D mode to access the individual sections
• Create spare parts lists to be exported via email
• Upload notes, photos, files nd videos to enrich the history of the machine or line
• Save to favorites useful documentation or searches through keywords
