Phones can be powerful tools and we can do a lot of productive things on our phones. However, a lot of us use our phones in unproductive ways. We can be on social media and before we know it, an hour has gone by.

Switch is an app that aims to help you use your phone in more productive ways. Using the app, you can set a to-do list of productive tasks that you can do on your phone (for example, pay a bill, research for an upcoming trip, buy something online that you need for your home). Then set a timer for how long you will be on your phone before you receive a notification with a link to do your to-do list.
