How to Play Futoshiki:

Futoshiki is played on a square grid. Common sizes include 5x5, but you can also play on 7x7, and 9x9.
Each cell in the grid must be filled with a number from 1 up to the size of the grid (e.g., in a 5x5 grid, numbers range from 1 to 5).

Each number can only appear once in each row and once in each column, similar to Sudoku.

Some cells are connected by inequality signs (greater than ">" or less than "<").
These signs indicate that the number in one cell must be greater than or less than the number in the adjacent cell as per the direction of the sign.
Starting Clues:

Some cells may already contain numbers at the beginning of the puzzle to help you start solving.

Example:
Imagine a 4x4 grid with a few inequality signs and starting numbers. You must place numbers 1-4 in a way that each number appears only once per row and column, and the inequalities are respected.
