■Synopsis■

You were once a pet kept by a human but was abandoned one day and died soon after. After death, you enter a school where animals go to learn the knowledge necessary for reincarnation. At this school, animals of all kinds, not just dogs and cats, appear in human form. One day, you hear a rumor about a 'Room of Truth' said to be within the school. It is said that those who visit this room can learn what they wish to know about their past life. You, eager to understand why they were abandoned, decides to search for this 'Room of Truth'.

■Characters■

Kaden – Bossy dog

A bossy, dominant dog who once ruled over all the stray dogs in a large city but was injured in a fight protecting someone in his pack. Because of his injuries and the city being a ‘dog-eat-dog’ world, his pack quickly abandoned him.
Kaden survived by eating scraps but was so weak following his injuries felt that he wasn’t going to live for much longer. It is here that an old man who worked at a convenience store started giving Kaden the leftover food from the convenience store. He was a grumpy old man, but even on his days off he would visit Kaden and bring him food from his own home.

Vladimir – Cool Cat

Vladimir is a new student just as you are, the two appear in orientation together. The school only appears to those who are ready to embark on the journey/ transformation of reincarnation—and this is proof alone that Vladimir has always wanted to be a human, similarly to you.
Vladimir decides to help the protagonist trace their roots feeling sympathy for her as it is an important step to being able to reincarnate. He helps the protagonist trace their roots after realizing they are a half-breed of dog and cat.

Arlo – Flirt fox

Arlo is a sadistic, flirtatious fox. He loves girls regardless of their species and has obvious charm and charisma.
In Arlo’s previous life he became paired with a female fox, but one day she never returned. Feeling abandoned, Arlo lost his faith in women, thinking them all sly minxes. Arlo quickly succumbed to his frivolous flirtatious ways and filled the void in his heart by dating multiple female foxes.
