The Associação Desportiva Classista Metso is a non-profit institution, aimed at employees and service providers of the Metso company.

Functionalities:
- complete registration of condominium owners, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between property manager and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found items, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).
- reservations in the party room, changes and other agendas,
- access to the regulations and other condominium documents,
- monthly fee invoices - interactive month-by-month reporting with receipt attachments and online approval of the folder
- view of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Expenses on water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
- comparison of budgeted versus realized (graphs and details)
- view of default (reports and graphs)
- management of contracts with third parties
- management of preventive and periodic maintenance
- management and communication of fines and warnings with the right to defense,
- view of the relationship between employees and the condominium’s management body,
- registration of suppliers and service providers,
- access to personnel department data (schedule, vacation schedule, projections)
- control of entry and exit of visitors,
- authorization of visitor entry,
- access to security cameras,
- order arrival and pickup notices,
- recording and publishing water and gas readings,
- integration with remote concierge systems, access control, automation and much more.
