Check the accumulated points of past posts on your profile.

There is only one condition to use Bubble, "Have a University of Tokyo ECCS account".
All posts are made by fellow college students and are trusted.

■ Twitter is anonymous but not anonymous.
If you connect with the University of Tokyo from #spring when you enroll, you will have UTTL, and in the end your handle name will be something like your real name.
Consistency of personality is required, and you cannot say or "like" anything that is different from your personality at university.
Bubble is the answer.
