It is an application intended for mobile use, which provides service to 5 types of events, SOS, fire, medical assistance, on the way and road assistance. It guarantees fast and efficient actions when you find yourself in a vulnerable situation.
ACIL Contigo is designed to provide support and make its users feel safe and protected with the benefits it offers. It is the digital panic button that is always with you, no matter where you are. You can easily download it from Google Play or the App Store, its interface is simple and intuitive for the user, making its activation safe.
Once you download it, a main screen will appear with buttons that will help you depending on the type of event you are in. Remember to give it access to access your location, in this way it is possible to monitor and manage the emergency. So you can focus on notifying your trusted contacts and save valuable time.
When registering you will have to fill out a series of data such as your medical policy or vehicle insurance policy. In order to have accurate information when any of the 5 buttons are activated and support can be provided quickly.

KNOW THE BUTTONS
It has 4 emergency buttons and 1 follow-up.
SOS panic button: It refers to an emergency in general, where when you press it, the ACIL monitoring center contacts you to provide the type of help you need.
Fire: Emergency where it implies a call to the fire station. The fire alert reaches the ACIL headquarters, thus saving valuable time
Medical Assistance: Emergency where you require assistance from an ambulance. The central will be in charge of communicating and with the information of your policy they will know which hospital to take you to. The more data you upload to the app about any medical condition, the better support you'll get.
On the way: When this button is activated, a map is activated with a certain time, where the central will be in charge of monitoring your route, when an abnormality is detected in time, they will communicate with you directly to confirm that you are safe. Otherwise they will link to the relevant emergency services.
Road assistance: Situation where you require assistance due to an accident or breakdown. The center will be in charge of communicating with your vehicle insurance to provide you with the requested support.

The payment for the app is monthly or annual, you can do it with a credit or debit card. ACIL Contigo is available in Spanish, download it and start having a safe lifestyle.
