In order to solve this problem, we developed [Roasting Bean Explosion Detection] (APP), which collects and analyzes sounds in real time through a microphone. This application graphically assists the baker, allowing him to instantly adjust external conditions such as temperature and wind speed to achieve the baker's ideal baking effect and flavor.

The overall functions provided are: 1. Supports real-time analysis of audio files and microphone recordings 2. Displays real-time sound amplitude curves, showing popping sounds in red lines 3. Displays real-time sound frequency curves and frequency values ​​4. Turns on a red light when popping sounds occur 5. Supports parameter fine-tuning 6. Provide values ​​such as atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature and ambient humidity.
The graph curve of crack detection is generated based on the variations in sound signals, clearly displaying the occurrence time and intensity of cracks. Roasters can quickly assess the roasting progress by observing these curves and make adjustments when necessary to ensure the roasting reaches the desired level.

Furthermore, the bean crack detection system also offers recording capabilities, enabling the recording of sound signals during the roasting process. These recordings can undergo subsequent analysis, aiding roasters in evaluating roasting quality, identifying potential issues, and making improvements. By analyzing audio files, roasters can better understand the impact of different roasting parameters on the final product quality and devise more effective production strategies.
