NXT LVL for PC

It is a "SOCIETY MANAGEMENT" application build up for "Housing-Board Societies" or in some case "Colonies" to manage, organize or shape their work effectively and efficiently along with secure communication in a distinct way. This is new concept based application which provides users a security and convenient in his regular activities.This interface can provide many things to any category/type or kind of housing board society or colonies.
This application comprises of total Eight Sections in different phase having different roles–
SECURITY MANAGEMENT PHASE
Gatekeeper section–
In this section Society Gatekeeper will create profile of every new visitors visiting in society with their personal information by clicking photo on time with his/her duly verified number and record visiting purpose etc. and upload immediately on sever.Manage society’s members and regular staff's data about entry and exit time just by clicking.Working staff attendance, entry-exit time.
Monitoring room section–
In this section society Authorized Security In-charge can cross-verify gatekeeper functions and validate the entries or profile made by gatekeeper in his sub-sections with features of search by name of visitor or search by date of visit option.Society security in-charge could manage society office by just one click using this application like event permissions,regular society meetings,society rules and regulation, emergency meetings etc.
SPECIFIC-COMMUNICATIONS PHASE
Communication panel section–
Application involves an option of communication via polling. In this section authorized society secretary or authorized committee members can create poll with description for whatsoever for the society and the normal society member can give their vote at any time and eliminate unnecessary meetings.
Application also involves chat facilities where Society secretary can chat with specific committee members at any time for any issue related to society which will be secured.
Most benefit of this application can be realized at the time of “EMERGENCY”. Any member can create an "EMERGENCY" message for other society urgent need of medical help or grocery and any other things which define under “EMERGENCY”. Statement posting like tweets is also available, society member can comments, like or dislikes them on matter related to society.
BILLING-MANAGEMENT PHASE
B.A.P.O. SECTION-
In this section society authorized accountant can upload a monthly maintenance bills for normal society members and for tenant to their respectively profiles and verify payment made and other details provided by normal society member.
Authorized accountant can manage all basic accounts directly through application like salary, bills, invoice etc.
KEY-MANAGEMENT PHASE
Key management section–
Who will carry respective flat keys in case any flat members are going out of town? This application provides a facility of key management where person going out can create key profile and feed details of other person of society to whom key is delivered.
In case of common key like society club house, tool room, lifts or other common areas this application provide who have such keys.
OTHER PHASE
Quick entry section–
Society member can create and upload there coming guest profile in advance by feeding expected time to reach. By this way such guest can quickly access into the society.
Rules and regulations section–
In this section authorized society secretary can create E-NOTICE on E-NOTICE BOARD sub-section draft any rules and regulations in rules and regulations sub-section and add or remove any single or multiple rules related to society in the list.
ADMIN PHASE
Profile /ID section–
In this section in order to use all the above facilities we provide a profile-ID management system using the secured concept of “ACCESS PIN". A secured protected PIN is auto-generated according to the duties and positions elected society committee members and as well as other normal member to access this application.
