Please note that The Seafarer's Electronic Cabinet is a mobile application that, based on contractual relations, transfers information with the database of the government institution - the Inspection for Training and Certification of Seafarers (https://itcsua.com/upload/docs/algoritm-doc.pdf), which is the custodian of the respective Registry. The application was created by a private company on a non-commercial basis with the aim of providing services to users and streamlining electronic document flow.

Information transfers with the database of the government institution are carried out through the Application Programming Interface (API) provided to the company under the contract concluded with the government institution.
The developer is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data that is subject to transfer from the government institution's database. The accuracy of such information is solely confirmed by the government institution.
