App-users can also make payments via the smart platform via Debit/Credit Card, Apple or Samsung Pay as well as keeping up to date with H&G’s latest products and offers. On the day, you can track the technician in real time on google map, with estimated time of arrival you can also see who is coming at your home and can contact on their Whatsapp or phone via the app for any adjustments. On job completion your feedback can be provided right away based on service quality. For any estimate any technician can survey and raise the quote straightaway through technician Mobile App which you can receive and pay via Customer App in real time.
